Our history
Tiercode was the brain child of our owner and CEO, Dominick F. Banks.
After successfully contracting with the government and several fortune 500 companies, Mr. Banks decided he
wanted to do something on his own.
In 2005, he and his lovely wife, started an after school learning center in the basement of their home.
Within, two months, their basement was full and they decided to expand. The rented a facility and within
three months, their facility was full. Mr. Banks recognized the need for a software system to tracking
students, activities and payments. He developed this system for their own operation, but felt others
could benefit from it. Over the years, this system has evolved and is now the SaaS product
After School Office Organizer.
In 20011, Mr. Banks saw a need for an evaluation system of after school facilities and educators. So,
he embarked on the development of our second SaaS product, (ASES) After School Evaluation System. In
2017, Tiercode developed the AppointMe SaaS product and launched it in January, 2018.
